Good news, charitable status has been granted. Being a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) improves the legal position of the group and opens up possibilities of obtaining funding from many more sources. In order to complete the change of status we’re calling a meeting to be held at 7pm on Monday 2nd March at the Over 60’s Club in Middle Street. The formal notices and agendas for the meeting will be posted around the village and forwarded nearer the time, we hope you’ll be able to attend and use your vote at this time of transition. As well as dealing with the formal requirements of our organisation we’ll be discussing our popular Easter and Halloween events as well as hearing from guest speakers with plans for Homeyards.
