Hotfoot from her recent World Pilot Gig Championship triumph Lisa encouraged us to a session of hard-core pruning in the Italian garden. Years of overgrown shrubs were cut away in preparation for the later remodelling of this special area. We have also turned the compost heap. Several more work sessions are in the planning involving the Sea Scouts and Primary School students.
